1. All price are non negotiable.
2. Delivery or shipping rates will be advise via email/SMS/Whatsapp.
3. First come first serve basis.
4. Only serious buyer. No back out or last minute cancellation.
5. Reservation is not more than 2 days, otherwise the item will be put back on sale.
6. Goods sold are NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
7. All payment, through MAYBANK . Your order and payment details should be email/sms/Whatsapp to me. I will reply the email/SMS/Whatsapp within 24 hours. No proof payment consider unpaid.
8. We are not responsible for any damage or lost items during delivery.
9. All delivery/shipping of the items will be send using PARCEL or POSLAJU only on Sunday & Wednesday.
10. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
11. We reserve the right to make changes on out site policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
